ClaimIQ is a claim-verification service. You submit a claim — typed, pasted, spoken, shared, or uploaded as an image, screenshot, document, link, audio, or video — and ClaimIQ returns a structured assessment with rated sources, confidence and risk scores, and reasoning. ClaimIQ also offers live listening (which checks a conversation as it happens), Crypto Shield (which checks coins, tokens, wallets, and projects), Scam Check, and Family Shield, which can alert people you choose when a high-risk scam pattern is detected near your account.
ClaimIQ provides information to help you evaluate claims. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or investment advice. Verdicts about medical, legal, or financial claims are starting points to discuss with a licensed professional — our reports say so on their face. You are responsible for decisions you make.
ClaimIQ weighs evidence from sources it can retrieve at the time of your check. Sources can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and automated analysis can make mistakes. That is why results show their sources, their confidence, and an objection process — and why verdicts can change when evidence changes. We do not guarantee that any verdict is correct.
You need an account to use ClaimIQ. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live).
ClaimIQ includes a 7-day free trial and a limited free tier after it. Fuller use requires a subscription (ClaimIQ Standard or ClaimIQ Power), billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play — not by us directly. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at purchase unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; you manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings, not inside ClaimIQ. Prices, limits, and trial length are shown at purchase and may change on notice for future billing periods. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Family Shield links two consenting accounts. A protector receives scam alerts only — never the protected person's checks, history, or other activity. Either side can end the link at any time, effective immediately. If the protected person shares a phone number for one-tap calling, it is visible only to their linked protectors.
Don't use ClaimIQ to harass others, to break the law, to probe or overload the service, or to misrepresent ClaimIQ results as something they are not. Don't resell access without our written agreement.
You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us the limited rights needed to operate the service: to process your submissions, generate results, and store your history for you. De-identified claim text and verdicts (never linked to you) may be retained to make repeated checks fast and affordable.
You can delete your account at any time, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim arose.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which The Palmer Corporation LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you and we each consent to their jurisdiction. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
